Michelle Cavados

 

Michelle Cadavos grew up in a large musical family and has been playing piano since the 3rd grade with formal instruction by Peggy Ruth. Before teaching at GK Music, she had been teaching piano at Janis Music Co. since 2021, preparing her students for several recitals and performances. She also has experience in music ministries in local churches, singing for services as well as providing music for retreat centers and summer camps. 

 

Michelle enjoys teaching piano to students of all ages, focusing on proper form, technique and music theory, while also encouraging students to learn songs they really love.

 

Outside of teaching, Michelle enjoys performing with her band The Tsinelas at dances and weddings, singing for the elderly in assisted living and nursing homes, as well as gathering friends and loved ones to go Christmas caroling at family shelters during the holiday season.
